BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE GOALKEEPING PROGRAMS

SUNDAYS - GOALKEEPER academy PROGRAM - PLAYERS 7 (born in 2018) to 11 (born in 2014) YEARS OLD - GIRLS & BOYS (1 hr - ONLY $173 FOR 6 GOALKEEPING SESSIONS)

this program is perfect for beginner to early intermediate goalkeepers, diving techniques and catching skills will be reinforced to help the goalkeeper to master her/his skills FOR THE INDOOR season. goalkeeper will be introduced to hand/feet distribution, and extension diving.

SATURDAYS - GOALKEEPER ADVANCED PROGRAM - PLAYERS 13 (born in 2012) to 17 (born in 2008) YEARS OLD - GIRLS & BOYS (1 hour 15 MINS - ONLY $294 FOR 6 GOALKEEPING SESSIONS)

for youth goalkeepers Who have training in all the essential goalkeeping skills already, who are looking for advanced repetitions and high intensity drills.
